is it allowed to take NMAT during 3rd year?

hi! incoming 3rd year this semester and am planning things ahead already. I have senior colleages who told me na allowed na to take nmat during 3rd year, i also watched youtube videos and tiktoks saying the same thing.
but upon checking and trying to register sa nmat, it says that it's for graduating students only.
I need clarification regarding this matter huhu
