Looking for some kind of Automated Speed Test and Ping Tool

Hey does anyone know of a tool that is available on NixOS that would run a Speedtest from a certain server every X amount of time and also run a ping to monitor connection quality that would save it onto some kind of database for review and statistics(prefer local of course).
