Hello,
I've been an ubuntu guy for a while. Finally called it quits when I realized all I was using were flatpaks, and apt only got in my way.
So far, I've set up my nixOS installation and nix-ified my gnome extensions, my applications, wallpaper, as well as found someone's custom module that allows me to enable the installed gnome extensions.
Now, I wanted to control my bashrc, as well as some dconf gnome settings, keyboard shortcuts and gnome extension configurations which I've come to understand can be done through home-manager.
But for the life of me, I cannot figure out how to use home-manager as a module, where to place its files, as well as the syntax, even with the guides I've checked or other people's code on it.
I was wondering if there's a better way to go about it for me to learn this. I'm an amateur and I'm willing to learn but I'd like to hear your thoughts.
Thank you!
