Can I take hits from the dispenser itself?

Yo (Semi New). I've tried hand crackers in the past (they were a pain in the ass because of freezing hands, taking way to long, ect) So I upgraded to this big ol dispenser.

Was wondering can I suck directly from this big dispenser ( https://imgur.com/a/2MGRYfJ ) itself and not cause major damage?

I ussaly use balloons but I find it an extra step a more of an annoyance and making it slower.

Also got any extra tips? I got a rave comming up in two weeks and will be doing a much larger amount probably 30, with MDMA and green for the first time (mixing) should be an interesting experience.
