I usually get over 10 times my necessary daily B12 intake from energy drinks(one can has 500%), and i have the money to buy a jar of methionine if needed. I did my first 10 chargers yesterday, and i think that nitrous would be the perfect addition to my biweekly DXM trip(i'm on SSRIs right now though, so i can only start doing DXM again in december or so), so, is it safe to do 10 or 20 7.5g chargers every 2 weeks if i drink energy drinks? Or do i need methionine in addition to the gigadoses of B12 i expose myself to on a daily basis? Or do i need to space out the doses out even more to avoid brain damage?
