Hi Iām New to nitro and my engine wont start. The glow plug is glowing and the glow starter is charged. It is geting fuel, if I screw out the glow plug Fuel is spitting out of the engine. Help would be very much appreciated.

Sounds like it needs to be leaned out a little bit, dial the high speed needle back a little on the carb and pop the glow plug out, flip it upside down and spin the motor over a few times to make sure its empty, then it should start right up after a glow cycle or 2.
Also consider opening thr throttle a bit when you try to start it, it allows more airflow to the fuel
