Transmission temperature gauge

So I’ve got a 2012 Titan SL 2wd. Yesterday did the transmission drain and fill and I’m having some minor concerns. Before the needle on the temp guage never moved and always stayed on C. Now It moves a little, yesterday fresh after putting new oil and letting it idle for around 20 min I took it out for a spin at 65-80 mph on the highway. Needle slowly crept up to halfway and 2/3 to H. Is this normal? I took about a gallon of atf out and put one in, should I add a little more like 1/4 quart?
