Bluetooth issue with 2015 Rogue
Post Body

I have a 2015 Rogue SL. Got it used last October, only about 80k miles, and from what I can tell it's fully loaded. It has the Bose stereo, if that makes a difference in the receiver in the car. I've had an issue with the Bluetooth on the car since I bought it. I'm a delivery driver, so I'm in the car 10 hours a day, listening to either YouTube or Spotify. Several times a day, the radio just stops receiving the Bluetooth. Sometimes it still shows the info for whatever is playing, and sometimes it just shows that it's connected to the phone, but both the receiver and my phone think the Bluetooth connection is still working. My phone will keep playing the audio, and doesn't pause like it normally does when the Bluetooth drops..

I'm pretty sure it's the car for several reasons. Since getting this car, I have had rentals two different times, and it was never an issue with either of them. I have had two different phones, a Pixel 3a and a Moto G Stylus, and it's done it with both of them. And it's done it with at least 3 apps that I do/did regularly, Amazon Music, YouTube and Spotify. I love this car, and it's that that big of deal, but having it cut out frequently is just one of those little things that makes a bad day worse.

I've tried Googling the issue, but it brings up a sea of articles about the Bluetooth not connecting at all, or other similar issues. I did a factory reset on the radio, that didn't help. I have deleted and paired my phone and radio countless times. Does anybody have any clue what could be causing this?
