Looking at a 2006 350z. Anything in particular I should look for?

So my wife has found a 350z that she really wants. It’s a 2006 convertible, with an automatic transmission. I’m pretty knowledgeable on vehicles but I know very little about this specific model, and any weak point on them. The car has 132,000 miles, is that an issue with these cars? Any advise is appreciated.
