2014 Xterra Alarm goes off when I open the door??

We just bought a 2014 Nissan Xterra about 3 days ago. It has worked great and hasn’t had any issues. Last night I got home late, so instead of using the key fob to lock the doors and avoid the beep from the fob, I used the lock switch on the drivers door as I got out. This morning I unlocked the car with the fob, and when I opened the door the alarm went off. It goes for about 30-45 seconds then turns off. I’ve tried unlocking the car with that driver side switch, opening all doors and closing, etc. the car will turn on and run, with the alarm still going.

Any ideas how to make this stop?
