Can you use a 16-inch space-saver spare tire on a mid-sized pick-up truck with 20 inch rims/wheels?
Post Body

I have a 2018 Nissan Navara EL wherein I recently traded-in (and paid the remaining difference in cash) my 16-inch Navara stock rims to 20-inch LENSO alloy wheels. Now, what I failed to take into account was that the tires I purchased were the only available 4-piece bundle remaining so I was stuck with a 16-inch space-saver spare tire.

My concern here is in the event I do get a flat tire would it be safe to use the 16-inch space-saver spare tire while running on the three other 20 inch wheels? I feel like with the uneven rim size, I might damage my truck's rack and pinion. Appreciate some helpful advice.
