Hey folks, I’m not a member yet. Hopefully tonight that changes. I am buying my partner a 2019 frontier pro4x that used to be part of a rental fleet up in Canada here. They want $31,900 (most go for $35,000-38,000) and I am test driving it tonight.
My concern is how much can I get added on if I’m willing to pay the full price. It’s a great deal and I’ve already put a deposit on it.
However, it doesn’t have a tow package (which we really need), not sure if there’s a box liner (definitely a must), and is also missing the tie down anchors, would also like command start (-40 C is insane), and I’m sure if it comes with Bilstein shocks.
I’m just wondering if I should go for it and pay for all that stuff afterwards or push them a little bit and see what they add on for me? I just don’t want to get a truck to spend another $3,000 on upgrades.
Any info on your experience would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.
