TL;DR: 25, bigger guy, has owned Nissans and Infinitis in the past, owns a Ford Expedition, $15k budget, will be a weekend car, insurance cost doesn't matter. I know they have same engine and transmission. I know the G37 has a nicer interior. I know the insurance on a G might be cheaper but cost doesn't matter. What should I consider. I know this question has been asked a million times on this sub but my situation may be different compared to those who have asked before me. So, yes, I am looking for other's opinions and insight, and maybe some points that I had not previously considered.

So, I am a 25 year old (6'0, 230lbs, athletic build) who currently owns a nearly FBO '07 G35 HR Sedan and a '12 Ford Expedition. I am a traveling blue-collar worker I work a 10 on - 4 off schedule out of state. So I literally only drive these vehicles 8 days a month (more or less) and even then i don't drive them that far. In the past I owned a '90 300ZX and a '95 300ZX. I loved them both. I got my G35 because I needed something more practical (I wrapped that '95 around a tree, literally). I'm currently saving for another car and should be ready to buy one in the next 4 months with a budget of around $15k. I have eliminated the '14 Subaru WRX, '12 Audi S5, and '13 G37 Sedan from my list. Now I'm left with the 370Z and G37 Coupe. Yes, I would get them with a manual transmission. Insurance cost is not gonna matter to me. I don't care that much for interior aesthetics. I will probably, at some point, modify it as I did my G35.

What are other things to consider? Which one do you think is better? Should I consider another vehicle? Please, lay it on me. Let me know what's up.
