What Nissan Altima model is this? (Rented but won’t support CarPlay)

I recently rented this “2024 Nissan Altima S”, but I’m a bit skeptical because of this shorter screen and the fact Apple CarPlay and Android auto aren’t supported at all?
It also reads my phone as an “iPod” when I plug into the usb.
Is this a different model or trim level of some sort? Did I get tricked? Just need some help knowing what car this is.
