Can't unlock the final sub missions in Omi????

I have literally beaten every single mission that is unlocked other than dojo missions, even though I do not think those count towards the region progress bar. There is still a small unfilled section on the blue bar and the Omi region progress goes slightly past the S in Sekigahara. There is a check mark on every mission.... Why is it that the final few missions will not unlock? I was trying to unlock the boss gauntlet as I heard that is the best mission to farm 5s and 6s but it did not unlock...

Any ideas? Do dojo missions count? or am I missing something?

And yes I did the epilogue and prologue in WOTS.
