Lost access to my old email due to 2FA issues, is it possible to update?

As the title suggests, I lost access to the email associated with my Nintendo account. I had Google authenticator attached to both my account and my email, but due to my phone being destroyed, I literally can't access neither my 2FA, nor the email in question. My backup codes were also stuck to that device, which I will admit was a foolish choice, but hindsight doesn't help.

Is there anything that I can do to recover my account? I can still access it on my current switch, but I'm looking to update to an OLED soon and I literally cannot sign into it on any other devices.
