So sometime last year I was browsing YouTube for games and I came across this indie game actually has two entries in the series. For some reason I strongly believe they were on Switch, could be wrong though.
From what I can remember you play as a kid who got a handheld and you actually play as the the character in the game that he’s supposed to be playing or something.
There’s also a scene I remember where you are in school trying sneak to play the game while the teacher is teaching and there are other things going on in the background while you are trying to complete the level and it was like the game projected from the handheld into the classroom as well or something. So it was like a 4th wall thing going on. You playing as the kid sneaking in class while the level is taking place throughout the classroom and there’s stuff distracting you from playing.
The second game I believe was kinda the same idea but took place within a console instead of the handheld. I believe they are both set in the 80s as well as the hand held and console were both retro aesthetically.
I can’t for the life of me remember the names and really hope I can find them so I can play them. If anyone has any hint please help me out I’d appreciate it.
