How to reintroduce a Twitter account to my Nintendo Switch.

When I first got the console I added my twitter account to my profile, some time later I changed my twitter account and linked that new account to my switch. The problem is that when I see the suggested friends I still see the people from my old account.

This is strange because I can share screenshots and videos on my new account but I don't see my mutuals on the Friends Suggestions.

I've already tried to clean the user cache and added again my user but nothing changes.
