Hello again, everyone!
SONKA here. Today we released 911 Operator by Jutsu Games on Nintendo Switch.
911 Operator was our most difficult and time-consuming port up to date, especially because of the input - the game was designed with mouse and keyboard in mind - but not exclusively. We remade a lot of interfaces, added a couple features, fixed minor (and a few major) things. Everything "to provide the best possible experience for Nintendo Switch"! ;)
Here's some controvelsial topics for questions, so you don't have to dig yourself:
- no touchscreen support
- "only 900 cities"
- Search & Rescue DLC will not be available until 2019
Ask us anything, though, as I really feel there's a lot to talk about.
Official info:
Specifically redesigned to optimize play on the Switch, 911 Operator includes scenarios in over 900 cities worldwide, with real layouts and infrastructure.
In this high pressure emergency response sim, players assume the role of a 911 dispatcher who must rapidly deal with incoming reports. Your task is not just to pick up the calls, but also to react appropriately to the situation: sometimes giving first aid instructions is enough, at other times a police, fire department or paramedic intervention is necessary. The person on the other end of the line may be a dying daughter’s father, an unpredictable terrorist, or just a prankster.
