What region or country do you use for Nintendo eShop purchases?

Hi, new Switch user here. I have the physical cartridges for the games I frequently play like Super Mario Odyssey, Arms, and Switch Sports but I wanted to try the eShop region hopping technique to save up on costs but I'm not sure where to start. Ang alam ko lang is I can't use Argentina, Brazil (not sure if all South American countries) due to card restrictions. Any other similar situations with other countries I should know? Also, ung mga countries na may tax pa, halos kaprice na ba nya ung US or mas lower pa din? Anong top 3 countries ang binabantayan nyo due to their lower prices?
