Choosing Between "9-in-1 Digital Air Fryer" vs "Pressure Cooker with TenderCrisp and Dehydrator"
Post Body

Hi all,

As the title suggests I'm not sure which of these I want and was hoping I could get an expert opinion. I have a rice cooker and vegetable steamer already, as well as a big convection oven in the kitchen.

I will primarily be using this for air frying as I have a large number of Thai and Chinese recipes that call for frying chicken, beef, or vegetables, but frying on the stove has been a disaster and I don't want to deep fry them in oil. I suppose I could do other things with it, too, but that's the primary goal. Oh, and of course I like fries. But I don't do a lot of pressure cooking - I guess I could? and I don't know what a "tendercrisper" is.

There is a thirty dollar price difference between the two at Costco and I am leaning towards the 9-in-1 as it seems tailor made for my needs, plus it takes up less counter space.

That said, the sales pitches on Costco and Ninja's websites don't explain why I should buy one over the other - figured I'd ask Reddit about the differences, and which would be better suited for my needs.
