The small ship which ferried Togarion and Elinor Bar Emmon to Sweetport Sound pulled up at the docks and the sailors aboard tied her up as the two young nobles disembarked, Togarion looking around for his friend Simon, who was supposed to be meeting them, while Elinor maintained a look of calm, waiting by the gangway for their escort from the port to the castle.
"It's strange that we've never been here before," Togarion said. "On a clear day, you can see from the top of the signal tower to here, but we've never stopped on the way between King's Landing and home."
"Well, we've never had a reason to until now," Elinor pointed out. "Now stop your chatter, I think I see them coming to met us."
