Help with bloom trigger please.

Just got my Nilou and have leveled her up to 90. Current stats are 58k HP, 379 Em running the umbrella on a 2 piece TOM 2 piece VG.

I don't have Kokomi and my Barbera is level 40. So I have been running her in a Nilou, XQ (L90 127EM), Yao Yao (L90 240em), Nahida (L90 1140EM) team. (Nahida I've overloaded with EM just to test).

My problem is I'm struggling to get my Nahida to be the bloom trigger due to her high dendro application. So my blooms are generally being triggered by XQ or Nilou. These blooms are a pitiful ~15k-19k vs when Nahida triggers being closer to 39k.

Do I rebuilt XQ to have more EM? or do I level barbara to run triple hydro? Or is there an obvious rotation that I'm too dumb to realise.
