Love my team right now but any tips?

So I'm new and 1 week in on the game, but would love tips on my current team. What characters should I look at getting to make the team better? Currently on story 15-15 and hit a wall, granted the recommended level is 49k and my squad is 43k.
Squad order is: Tia-Volume-Naga-Sakura-Noir.
