I don’t think you understand her character. She was angry with soda because she’s not fighting with everything she has. As far as Milk sees it, Soda, dispite having something so important to her on the line, isn’t actually fighting.
She sees what soda is doing as cowardly, not putting in her all to protect what’s important to her. Thing is, she’s right. Soda has barely managed to avoid elimination in both rounds, and needs to stop fucking around if she wants to save the maid cafe. Milk is being rude, but it’s a wake up call to somebody who’s holding back
