I recently ordered shoes from Nike.com and never received my items. As of yesterday(the day they were supposed to be delivered) it still says they will give me a shipping date as soon as possible but when Nike sent my tracking email from UPS, it clearly stated that the shoes would be delivered on 11/12/2024 between 9am -12:45 pm. of course they were not delivered and UPS is "investigating" or shall i say giving the thieves time to cover their tracks. In the meantime Nike has shipped out the same size and model of the sneakers i ordered in different colors at no cost to me but i'm fearing the same thing will happen again.. I will not hold my breath for this one and if it goes through the Memphis UPS hub, I may as well chalk these up as gone too. its a damn shame because Fed Ex and the PostOffice is no better in delivering. Then again, I guess no company can deliver your goods if they got stolen before you could even get them delivered. Nike definitely needs to do something about the theft issue seriously. untill this is fixed i will just live with what i have or pick it up 3 years old at the outlet
