I dont know if this has happened to other people before but I have a strange issue with Nike. I _think_ somewhere deep down in their systems some system auto-tagged me and now has me blocked from putting in orders. And if that wasn't the case already they probably did by now because I have tried so many different ways to evade it. My hunch is that I put in an order while in Mexico to the Mexico store and am now in the US and they just cant handle that.
I also on occasion run into an online store that cant handle when billing and shipping addresses are not the same even if your interface lets you put both of them in separately.
Literally every time I put in an order it will say confirmed and then be canceled due to "billing issues" two days or so later. Customer service doesn't have any more information.
I have thus far tried:
- 3 different credit cards
- 3 different shipping addresses
- 3 emails
- 2 phone numbers
- Paypal (paypal said payment was authorized btw and so the money from the order canceled due to a "billing issues" so it needs to be sent back in a few days)
- A burner credit card (their payment system was smart enough to reject this before I could get to order confirmed)
- Ordering over the phone with confirmed (literally right in front of me) billing address.
- Fake names (I cant put fake names in the billing address though so that probably thwarted me)
And no luck. With exception of the burner card the story is the same. I get an email for order confirmed. A few days later it says "canceled" due to billing issue. I have had to have a friend order for me what I need... but tbh this is incredibly frustrating. Support is no support here. And I guess I am just wondering... am I the only one?
