People always comparing Niji and Holo with statement such as "quantity over quality" by releasing so many talent so quickly which clearly backfired and the result can be seen now.

The Issues

1. I remember that they are doing mass release of talent like 1 group every other month or something which is clearly a bad strategy as it did not give the talent much time to develop to the fan before releasing a new group which basically kill the momentum of said talent.

2. Which so many roaster of stars you would have a lot more mouth to feed and tons of things to cover for each talent and favoritism would occurs that basically leads to "if you bring more money to the table then you will be prioritized" of which i think the reason on why some nijijp still yet to received their 3D after years being with the company and would create a love hate relationship between the livers of seeing that your popular junior would be receiving more support then you who had been in the company for years.

3. The 2% rate issues is due to that not every liver can bring the same amount of income.. however every liver would need to be paid and i meant everyone therefore i bet that they can only afford 2% as to pay the rest, remember with a lot of staff and talent of which salary need to be paid yet not everyone bringing the same, someone would need to do all the hardwork to cover the cost.... To buy a yacht right...
