This is another under-the-hood update for Nightweb. It now includes I2P 0.9.8.1, in addition to an early inclusion of some fixes to the BitTorrent code that are slated for the next release of I2P. Lastly, it includes a Russian translation from Github user koshmarny. As always, let me know if anyone has issues or other feedback.
