Fitness while doing overnights.

So I’m trying to get in the rhythm of working out again but I’ve been doing overnights for about a year and 7 months and can’t seem to get a feeling for it. I work 10-7 and when I get home my body just forces me to sleep till 9 giving me enough time to just get ready for work and go. Anybody have any tips on how to do so that is already fit?
