The first two days of my job weren’t bad necessarily but super confusing. I had 3-4 different people tell me several different ways of doing things. I shadowed about the same amount of people and 2 of them seemed incredibly agitated I didn’t know where anything was (even on the first day). I told them right off the bat I had experience working overnight, just not with their company. Not sure if they were just having a bad day when training but it’s seriously giving me anxiety. Their expectations are kinda freaking me out and it’s just the 3rd day. I noticed they’re wanting me to be like 3x faster than I am but I have no idea where half the stuff is. Any tips?! I like the job so far but it seems hit or miss when I clock in, with some people saying I’m doing okay and others saying I need to get hella fasterðŸ˜
