Night shift blues?

I am really struggling tonight. Mentally and physically. I love my job, but I do not want to be here rn. My mind is racing and I feel like I want to curl up in a ball and cry. I don’t know if it’s because I’m still not used to night shift or if I’m just lonely lol. Anyone else feel this way ever? How’d you combat it while at work? Thanks in advance.
