I needed some others that have nightmares they can’t seem to shake. Certain ones that apparently get implanted to your memory for good and never seem to want to go away.
I have nightmares frequently (PTSD) but lately they’ve gotten me so worked up it has taken me the entire day to calm down. Then bedtime comes and it’s like you’re tired but afraid to sleep
