I can’t seem to find a clear answer on the internet. Can digital night vision be used for watching the skies like the more expensive tube intensifier night vision?
Or does it not really help since my IR illuminators won’t reach the skies.
I’m trying to dip my toe into the waters. We live in a rural area with great night skies. Sometimes when watching the skies we see something we’d love to see with more light. I was hoping a $500 digital night vision system might work to intensify a star or light in the sky?
Thanks!
