If I could, I would go to sleep from 4-6 every night. But the past two years I have had a part-time nanny/manny position 3 days a week where I have to be there early AM. I love the child and the work, but even 3 days a week is killing me. I get 3 hours of sleep 3 nights a week and then take huge 4-6 hour naps when I get off in the afternoon. By the time my system has recovered and normalized I have to do it again.
I just wish the parents had evening jobs. Then I could survive. If I want to continue this career path I almost certainly need to consistently wake early. Unless I become a night nanny haha.
