I looked around the internet for Jollof rice recipes as I've been meaning to make it for a while but with so many (varying) options around I thought, why not ask here?
What's a recipe you use/like?
(Open to other Nigerian cuisine also if you have things to recommend! I've been working on saving recipes from all over the world in my own little cookbook, from Chinese to Iranian, from Lebanese to Korean, all as authentically as possible)
