That’s great if you don’t value honesty and authenticity.

There’s a massive difference between women in magazines and ads. The general population knows those images are altered in order to sell and the women aren’t even the ones photoshopping themselves. It’s definitely not the same as someone who people assume to be an average person altering their images to get more money from people. There’s a certain level of trust/transparency people would expect from individuals vs large corporations.

Their are plenty of people who would be expecting more of a genuine connection with the models on that site which is the reason why you have to pay to message the creator. And plenty of girls explicitly state that they only respond to messages on OF.

If you don’t think falsely portraying yourself as something you’re not isn’t detrimental than I guess lying about your age, or selling a product that doesn’t do what you claim it will do is also fine to you. And I guess body image self esteem issues don’t factor in at all either since they can’t possibly affect the opposite gender in anyway.

There’s nothing admirable about lying and deceiving people for money.
