Would love help with deciding who to pick

I saw a couple other ppl on here posting, so I am too. Im honestly paralyzed by choice. Idk much about the game's mechanics and meta. Last time I chosed 2B because I spent all my gems trying to get her and failed and this time I am hoping to make a wiser decision for making sure I'll be good for the new story. Thoughts/opinions?
