Where can I find the free 2B unit 2nd Anniversary Gift?

Hello everyone. I'm a returning player trying to get back into the game and I'm currently trying to find my free 2B unit which I heard was a login reward that started last Feb 17. I logged in today and claimed everything in my gift box and did not find 2B. I checked my list of characters and also found no luck.
I was wondering if I did something wrong or did I miss something. Do I need to progress further into the game, is there an event mission I have to do? Hoping to get some clarifications here.
