I’ve vaped heavily for the last 6 years and I’ve been using pouches for the last year or two off and on when I’m in situations where I can’t vape. As of recent, I’ve found I vape significantly less but I still reach for it as soon as I wake up in the morning and in situations where I’d normally vape/smoke (long car trips, talking on the phone, etc.). I’ve attempted to quit vaping with pouches in the past and been unsuccessful. Have any of you all done this, and if so how did you make it past the subconscious need to vape or smoke?
