Nexus 2013 fell, com.google.etc error, tried to reflash, now bricked.

So...
- Nexus 7 2013 Wifi. Android 5.0.1 (IIRC).
- Fell to the floor while sitting, small gap to the floor. An error involving the process com.google.process.gapps appeared after the "crash."
- Tried to factory reset, after restarting "no command" error.
- Thought "fuck it" and tried to install a clean latest Android image using Nexus Root Toolkit.
- Restarted in bootloader, started the process, got freezed.
- Tried to restart, tablet thangs on "Google" screen.
- Tried to restart to bootloader, tablet restarts after Google screen, then restarts, then freezes again on Google screen.
That's pretty much it. Can I recover the tablet? There's any way to check if its (physically) damaged?
