n7 2012 google play issue

Skype stopped working well, so I uninstalled it. tried to re install it, nada. Stays stuck. I tried installing another play ap. Nothing. It just sits there. However apps install fine using other methods. Help! i got skype to install via amazon! but this still is odd.

edit FIxed it! Google helped me! I went into settings, cleared google play app cache, the data, forced stop then ran it again. Now it works!
