Finding a guy or partner in crime.

I'm 35 from San Diego, and have had a hard time finding a mate. I'm not really into the scene (whatever or however you'd like to interpret this) and are not obsessed with sex (this is my biggest issue). And simply want to find somebody close to my age. Is that too much to a I'm a great dude, always the life of the party, have traveled around the world, decent, loyal, blah blah blah... But I feel like either I lower my standards (more like interests) or stay single. #annoyed
