So I finally had my first period after three months and it was HEAVY. Like the periods when I was 16 before I got on birth control heavy. No big deal I didn’t have one for three months, right? Well then it kept starting again and getting lighter and lighter. The first time for three or four days, the next for almost a week and a half, and by now it just lasted for basically a day and a half. And I finally saw the pattern! Whether it’s the sexual activity or the unprotected aspect of it I’m not sure but either way within a day or two of doing the do I’ll be bleeding again. Of course now it’s just a little trickle where there’ll be the littlest bit of pink on the toilet paper, then brown, and then back to nothing!

Is there anyway I can do to make this better? Honestly the last time was pretty painful and for whatever reason felt like my insides were going to burst because from the moment of insertion there was pressure that kept building and not the normal kind if that makes sense without sounding dirty. I think it was here that I read the hormones thin out the linings of everything in there but I kind of took that and ran with it to be nervous at the time.
