First period after Nexplanon

So I got my first Nexplanon inserted on June 30th. I just got my first period July 30th, and I’ve been bleeding/spotting everyday since. It’s been going on for 18 days now and I’m starting to get paranoid. Has anyone had the same experience or know about when it should stop?
