Did estrogen help??

I’ve been having really bad mood swings with my Nexplanon. Like to the point of not being able to function properly. I spoke to my doctor yesterday and she wants me to try taking an estrogen pill to balance out the hormones. We’re gonna try this for two weeks before we consider removal. Have this worked for anyone else? Did you notice a difference or did you just end up getting your Nexplanon removed?
