Sex after nexplanon removal

Okay so sorry if any of this is TMI: So I got my nexplanon removed yesterday and decided to go the old school condom route. My boyfriend and I had sex tonight, but afterwards we realized the condom popped at some point🤦🏽♀️ so he finished inside of me ugh. I’m assuming I can’t get pregnant still since it’s freshly out & the hormones are still in my system, plus I’m at the end of my period. Has anything similar happened to you all? I’m just sort of freaking out right now
