hello everyone! I have had this nexplanon in since January 2021, so about 3.5 years. It has been without fail this whole time, and I haven’t gotten my period in three years. Last night, I noticed some discharge similar to ovulation, and I have been cramping pretty badly all day. I’m worried about this only because I have had unprotected sex within the past week where he did not pull out. Is this something I should be worried about? Is it normal to ovulate on the nexplanon really randomly? or is this just a side effect of the nexplanon and I shouldn’t be too worried about it. Thank you all for your advice!
