How do people end up pregnant??

Okay so I’ve been seeing people say that they’re ending up pregnant somehow on nexplanon but my question is… HOW?? Are people just letting their partner finish in them and somehow end up pregnant? I need answers PLEASE!!

Same with Nexplanon and cannabis. Cannabis interacts with most medications, and then add in that I also take lifelong thyroid hormone AND I was taking prescription diet meds. It was so bad. Once I removed the implant and stopped cannabis and the diet pills my life was finally in order.
