How effective is Nexplanon estimated to be for a 5’5 woman who is 265lbs?

Dumb question I know but I want a general idea of how different the odds of failing to stop pregnancy are with this for me. My doctor never discussed it with me and I think I’m pregnant and am testing tonight, but I also just feel paranoid. I got nexplanon in July so it’s had time to adjust to me but I’m still worried
